Vinyasa Flow (A strong flow that moves from one position to another using the breath to connect to the body)
Gentle Flow (Similar to vinyasa; suitable for anyone who would like to slow their practice down)
Very gentle grounded stretch (Very grounded slow stretch, creating space and openness with intense postures; mostly on the floor)
Restorative (A restful practice that holds postures for longer durations using props, blocks, blankets, and bolster; more than 4 participants will require multiple facilitators)
Yin (A slow paced practice where postures are held for longer periods of time, typically ranging from three to five minutes, each asana targets the connective tissues, promoting flexibility and mobility while releasing tension and stress)
